DDL Advertising recently started working with a very successful international company known as Dent Concepts. Since its conception almost 20 years ago, they have made quite a name for themselves in the Paintless Dent Repair industry. Currently, Dent Concepts is used by all of the nations top insurance companies such as Liberty Mutual, Allstate, Geico and more. Headquartered in Nashville, TN, the successful PDR company originally opened their doors locally right in North Providence, RI.
As the company continued to grow so rapidly, some of the brand management and consistency seemed to slip through the cracks as their team was caught up in the day to day responsibilities of fixing tens of thousand of dents all over the world. These dents are primarily a result form destructive and catastrophic weather.
So when we received a call from them that they needed some assistance, we were thrilled and ready to tackle some of their challenges. We started with some vital and necessary Basic 101 brand redesign beginning with signage and on site presence with disaster centers. Currently, they have a 40 foot response unit trailer that they set up shop with on site. We helped add some flag and sky poles to really get them to stand out to prospective customers trying to get there.
Another immediate objective was to upgrade and redesign all of the Dent Concepts marketing collateral. A lot changed over the last decade they were in business, so a refresh was necessary. Part of the company’s success is attributed to opening a parent company Natalco and two sister companies, Dent Concepts Services and Allied Overspray. We needed to factor this into the new image they wanted to now portray.
DDL Advertising loved the creative control Dent Concepts gave us to do our job. We updated, reworked, and redesigned all the companies marketing materials to truly represent who they are today. We also designed new company logos for the parent company and sister companies and proceeded to add them to their series of new business cards. We designed folders and all other marketing collateral for different end users.
Finally, we designed and launched several new websites. After all, what’s a business without one? We built fully functioning sites for the parent company, Natalco, followed by Dent Concepts, Allied Overspray, and Dent Concepts Services.
Throughout this project, DDL focused on the basics needs any company needs to attend to including branding and consistency. With this accomplished, we are able to move forward and concentrate on other tasks such as SEO, email marketing, online presence, and brand reputation all of which we strongly feel will contribute to the continued success of Natalco and its sister companies.
