The Ocean State Credit Union Rebrand Rollout Plan was a phased strategy to transition Coventry Credit Union into Ocean State Credit Union. DDL Advertising fully managed all the deliverables.

The rebranding is structured into multiple phases, starting with logo creation, signage updates, and website development, progressing to multimedia campaigns and full-scale brand implementation.

A SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, leading to a focus on reaching a younger demographic through digital-driven initiatives.

The plan prioritizes a digital-first approach, with significant emphasis on creating social media graphics, digital advertising materials, and web analytics integration. These efforts are designed to enhance the credit union’s digital presence and connect with younger, tech-savvy audiences. Collaborative efforts between designers, developers, and videographers ensure alignment on creative direction, while training sessions empower staff to manage the new website effectively after launch.

A blend of traditional and digital media strategies ensures broad brand visibility. While digital platforms take precedence early on, traditional media such as radio, TV, and print are incorporated gradually to maximize outreach. Teaser campaigns and media buys play a key role in building anticipation and awareness, while meticulous planning and approvals ensure that all marketing and advertising materials align with the new brand identity.

This structured and collaborative rollout ensures a seamless transition while fostering engagement with new audiences and existing members.
