We helped many of clients adjust their tone and messaging throughout the problems and challenges of COVID-19. The Rhode Island Student Loan Authority was no exception. Built on helping students and families make their dreams of pursuing higher education a reality, RISLA assessed the economic climate brought on by Coronavirus and decided it was time to make some big decisions. The Rhode Island Student Loan Authority would suspend loans, offer new payment options and work with families to ensure college could would continue to be a possibility. In a time of financial hardship education should not be jeopardized.
DDL assisted RISLA in securing TV spots, ad placements, media buying, and a robust digital campaign. We got RISLA on a local television station, The Rhode Show, to thoroughly discuss the new loan structures and plans. In addition to the digital and traditional media placements, DDL helped produce a video congratulating students on their graduation. Although social distancing has been enforced we still found ways to celebrate the accomplishments of the future generation of innovators and leaders.
TV spots were on WPRI 12, NBC 10 WJAR, local radio campaigns on 92 PRO-FM, B101.
